Our design services include four distinct phases, but are not limited to:
Phase 1 – Initial meeting to determine creative scope of project, discuss your style and desired outcome. Designers review renovation plans and design renderings to assess living space and begin to understand budget goals and determine specific design service requirements.
Phase 2 – Creative Collaboration | Presentation. Create drawings and designs; choose color palettes, furniture and design custom pieces. Present final design recommendations for your review.
Phase 3 – Implementation. Furniture procurement. Coordinate merchandise deliveries and installation.
Phase 4 – Project Completion. Designers will provide accessories and detail final interior configurations.

Fee Options
Option 1 - flat per hour rate.
Option 2 – industry standard of 25% of purchases.
Option 3 – retained fee based on scope of project.
